Facing a team with 2x awesome blocker legends, both with the fearsome clawmbpo combo, was a test for our resistance attitude!

On paper, we looked like hopeless underdogs: but this was without the actual play! Extra Small were clearly stronger than us, but seemed a bit confused by their bloodlusting attitude, playing in a way that made us think there was a cat walking on Tuamadre's keyboard. Anyway, despite hobgoblins attempting dodges here and there, leaving the ballccarrier in blitz range etc. the CDs almost managed to score, and avoided our counterscore when things were messed up at the end of 1st half.
2nd half saw 8 lizzies bravely facing 9 dwarves. We managed a fast td despite one saurus trying to cripple our play by catching the ball at the kickoff, and on defence a shiny blitz, followed by a turnover from an hobgoblin, made our day. Even if dodgin hobbos still forced coach Tarabaralla to change his pants a pair of times.
But the ball didnt reach our endzone, and minmaxing was defeated this time!
