“This was another fun game against Garnak and the match when Draknil became the most successful ghoul ever in FUMBBL (surpassing a retired ranked spp record). He showed his worth with 2tds. We did lose Necrophil (reborn as a rotter), a big loss as we have no other decent, quick players. On the other hand King Paimon, a clawpomber suffered a smashed ankle while Duke Eligos was put into retirement.
Crucially this match we managed to stop one of the Nurgle side's offensive drives. Twice Garnak gave me fairly easy shots at their carrier first turn after kickoff when mummies could block a player away to leave space for a blitz. Other than that there were some good scraps. A rash of foul appearance fails late on almost scuppered things but we held out. Fun game though replay seems to be faulty.”
