“These two teams meet for the second time in a rematch. Previously the Dreadknights beat the Angry Newscasters by one point and the Khemri team is seeking retribution. Coach Carlo Pellegatti was quoted saying, "I have to score more than two dead."

AN won the coin toss and chose to receive. They made their Coach proud by killing a Dark Elf very early in the game DK did not miss a beat as one of their own lay dying on the ground. The Dark Elves swarmed around the Khemri offensive line and cut off their ballcarrier. Despite their efforts, Blitz Ra, Marco, attempted a pass to an awaiting Tomb Guardian.Massimo Marianella XVI dropped the ball and it landed next to a skeleton.

DK knocked the skeleton away and Elric picked up the ball swinging it to the left side of the field where he handed it off to Emeyin. The Blitzer rushed up the left side and all the way into the end zone midway through the first half.

AN received and the ball was kicked deep. Marco ran up and picked up the ball. Massimo left the front lines to guard his teammate. Draeke cut accross the right side and bodied up on the ballcarrier. Marco flashed an evil grin and handed the ball off to Massimo who caught it easily. The Tomb Guardian ran next to his other Guardians forming a formidable wall of death. Elric was undaunted and charged the big ballcarrier stripping the ball from him where it would bounce next to both team's players. A Dark Elf was shoved onto the ball knocking it up into the air and into the hands of another Tomb Guardian, Fabio Caressa XVIII.

Fabio was assisted away with some chain pushing and the Guardian rumbled towards the end zone with time running low. Two Dark Elves went to cover him by the sidelines but Fabio dodged away like a light footed bear and into the end zone to tie the game up at the break.

DK received in the second half and it started to rain. The Wishmaster cursed the weather and especially the timing of the downpour. Regardless, Emeyin, managed to pick up the ball and he ran to the left side of the field. His teammates were forming up a blockade for him on the strong side. The Blitzer rushed up by the left sidelines and thanks to some good cover by his team was untouched as he entered the end zone for the go ahead touchdown about halfway through the second half.

AN received for the last time and the weather returned to normal as if on que. Darkstorn hit a bad kick and the ball went out of bounds for a touchback. Massimo was given the ball and he hung around by the line of scrimmage leaving himself open. Elric took his chances and made a daring play stripping the ball from the Guardian for the second time in the match. The Blitzer was pushed away and Massimo recovered his own fumble and continued his progress up the left side of the field. This time it was Draeke with the heroic play coming up big and tackling the Guardian to the ground.

The ball flew out of bounds and the crowd threw it midfield near Linken. Linken tried to make the easy dodge but he fell leaving the ball unprotected. Marco and Elric ran to pick up the ball but the Blitz Ra got the better of the fight leaving the Dark Elf on the ground. Marco ran into scoring range and his teammates caged up around him. They overlooked Emeyin pretending to be unconcious laying next to the ballcarrier. The Dreadknight team leader made the clutch move of the game when he suddenly shot up and stunned Marco with an uppercut.that had the ball flying backwards. AN was not able to pick up the ball as the time ran out. DK escape with a hard fought victory.
