#2 Ssska – Smashed Knee (NI)
“Outbashed by woodies.
Recieved in the first half, could only get pushes; vindaloo came swooping down, and actually ended up wrestled to the ground, but a 4 man foul could only get my skink ejected; and the woodies ran away with the ball. However, due to numerous snake eyes, the elves only managed one touchdown in the first half, although by the time the second half started they outnumbered us 9 to 7. KO's galore against Shrieking Bloodstorm, and no wake ups.
The second half went much more like expected - wood elves with a number advantage completely controlled the ball, and the fans pelted rocks, niggling Ssska who the Apothecary offered to kill in return. The wood elves continued to dominate the bash game, KO'ing more of the lizards, but we actually managed to badly hurt one elf! Zekssi continues his gloating that he is the most perfect being in existence.
On the upside, the tree was well controlled all game, and when I did lose control of it, he promptly rooted down. And Shreeft got his 11th MVP!!! Completely undeserved, considering he averages 1 MVP every 5 games, and without the MVP's, he would only have 25 SPPs. Now he has diving catch, making him the perfect one turner.. except he's only ever completed 1 one turner, because he generally hides every game in the KO box. But he's an original squad skink - no retirement for him!

the woodies faced lots of mighty blow and tackle but the lizzies hit like wet lettuce all game !
