Valhalla Vendetta won the coin toss and chose to receive in the snow. Excellent weather for some Norse on Norse crime. VV wasn't going to mess around this game and wanted to put Fight Gone Bad on their heels early. Berserker Curl charged into the heart of the defense seriously injuring Konan and then dodged away with a big smile on his face. The medics were deployed early but the Wishmaster didn't care, he goes all in for tournaments. Drade countered by landing a 12 to 6 elbow to the face of Curl knocking him out. Ivan stomped Destro's throat in while the Ref wasn't looking killing the poor Lineman. The fight was turning ugly aka FIGHT GONE BAD and that was playing right into FGB's hands.

A big brawl broke out with VV getting the worse end of the deal. Grant and Drade proved to be too much for them to handle as even the Snow Troll was badly hurt. VV ballcarrier left himself open for a hit and Nobunaga took the gamble and sacked him causing a fumble. "This is pretty much over," said Coach Catalyst as he watched the events on the field unfold. Only two players were left on the field for VV and a desperation punt was all they could manage. FGB recovered the ball and passed it up the field to score just in time before the break.

FGB received in the second half and they still had a full team versus six players. They quickly wiped out the front lines and Surrel was given the task to throw the ball. For some reason he was just not able to handle it. Whether throwing it into the crowd or letting it slip through his fingers. The Wishmaster could not believe his eyes as he watched his Quarterback, under no pressure at all, throw misfire after misfire for all eight turns. Thankfully FGB didn't need Surrel in the second half and they move on to the 3rd round.
