Yes, we had mighty blow and tackle, but the rate of casualties was silly, even sillier was the weight of casualties, the majority doing permanent damage. The 0/6/0 doesn't tell the full story, since there was 8 serious injuries in total. The apothecary was useless, offering up death as the alternative to a serious concussion. "Let's open up his skull and see what's going on!"
Hopefully this doesn't deter cmoreman from playing more and learning the game a bit better. Next time, I'd advise more dodge, tackle, and block skills and avoid teams with lots of mighty blow and tackle like Pig Sty Alley.
