“For a short while it seemed 'one of those matches' when my ball carrying Bull Centaur tried going for it and rolled double 1 leaving the ball in a less than perfect defended position.

In the end he could not capitalise on this and in the process I seriously injured one of his golems. (failed regenerate! and niggling too!) But I could not score either.

2nd half he received with 10 undead things which was of course an advantage for me. A hefty swirling scrap later I could get hold of the ball and hand it to my bull (with no re rolls left!) He got it and did go for it 6 (!) times in turns 7 & 8 of the second half.

*and the crowd goes wild once more*

Plain and simple; I was the luckier one when it counted. Good for me. ;D
