Endless Delirium face humans! Puny little humans!

First Half: Baking sun shines down while the Universal Wizards inadvertently stall for a perfect turn 8 touchdown.

Second Half: Harry Potter fails to save the day! Endless Delirium go for the turn 5 touchdown, and then go for heavy ball harassment.. only to see a series of beautiful plays rewarded by Nuffle, right up to Harry Potter grabbing the ball in turn 8 in one tackle zone, and then dodging away from a tackling Vallast to go for it once for the final touchdown to win the game.

Overall: The wizards played well, and Nuffle rewarded them; they didn't break armour much, except for one key turn in the first half where they badly hurt a zombie, KO'd a werewolf, and stunned 3 other players, allowing for a simple switcheroo to seal the eventual touchdown. Conversely, Nuffle refused to damage any of the humans, ensuring they had their full team to match Endless Delirium at all times.

And of course, we must remember; Harry Potter might fail for dramatic tension, but in the end, he always saves the day.

Relsumm took advantage of each mistake, and each blessing of Nuffle; well played, and thanks for the game!

Zombies, werewolves, and the servants of darkness have gathered together to face the Universal Wizards, a collection of the greatest, most powerful magic users history has ever known!

For the first few turns, the wizards were more interested in their collections of skulls, and it took all of their team training to focus their magic back on the game. This proved to be quite dangerous to the undead forces though, as the magical blasts caused their numbers to dwindle. When a wolf unsuccessfully attacks our blundering hero, Harry Dresden, the Wizards are able to surge forth. They make a sucessful, is albeit sloppy, 8th turn TD.

The wizards celebrate by summoning a comet to soar across the sky. As a bonus, it hits a ghoul in the head, knocking him out for the day.

In the 2nd half, the great elven mage, Teclis, makes a good show with the a Steed of Shadows spell, a daring move that propelled him directly into the undead carrier. Alas, the undead recover, and are able to easily walk into the goal. Craving victory, they grant the Wizards opportunity in hopes that they can claw it away.

Indeed, they almost do. Though Merlin escapes the villians in a puff of smoke, the effort is draining to him, and he fails to deliver the ball to First Mage, Zedd. The magic is draining from the area, it the signs are telling; a zombie falls to the ground of his own accord, and Teclis retreated from the fight when all magic failed him. In these dire moments, it would be Harry Potter himself who saves the day, swooping in on his broom to snatch the ball away and carry it to victory!

Good game Nelphine. Be happy to play you again.
