“A classic elven game, full of dodging, passing, and surprisingly hitting, too. Spitzohren took the opening kickoff in for a score, but the Fury answered back with three straight scores of their own. I thought the game was well in hand, leading 3-1 midway through the second half, but it's amazing how fast a game can turn around when you get two quad-skull blocks on the first action of a turn, along with a double-one dodge. It allowed him to get right back into the thick of things, and truly the game came down to the final turn to decide the outcome. However, the Fury were caught from behind while going for the clinching score, which the wood elves were able to pass forward for the tying score instead. No permanent injuries anywhere, both teams had good sp's (I got 4 skill rolls out of this contest!) and a +FF, so I'd say it was good fun had by all. Cheers!”
