At first we could do no wrong; pass to a Saurus, blitz ball carriers and have the ball land in our laps, get blitz kick off results.
Then the thrall fouls took their toll. Too many Saurus gone, Krrronk sleeping, skinks disappearing one by one, Tialncal killed on a crowd surf (hurray wandering apo!). Shindahl had one opportunity for a 3+ pick up to save the game, but he failed, and was promptly badly hurt. If he had been apo'd, a 1 turn attempt might have tied the game in the end, but with only one other rookie skink around, and 2 turns of potential fouls to go, the apo was not used.
But Zeerak scores his 6th goal, in only 16 games! And with it, his third skill, diving tackle.
