Whilst Coach CroixFer marshalled his team to a quick 1-0 lead, the violence continued and his side was the victim time and time again as the 'Saws green fists pounded into their amphibious foes. A second apothecary failed to help another stricken player, as the mounting injuries were all serious in nature.

It was so one sided that Coach Chainsaw fell asleep in the dugout. As the teams went out for the 2nd period, he awoke to see Sesame (AG1) attempting to pick up the ball as Scrimmage (AG4) sat glumly in the dugout. Confusion ensued and it gave the Silver Dart Frogs a chance. They got the ball, and there was briefly hope! However, with dwindling numbers and most of the stars amongst the casualties, they could not hold on to it.
