The prospect of these nippy rats was a worrying one for Coach Chainsaw. His orcs are slow, clumsy, and have been knocked out of a previous FUMBBL Cup by rats.

Thor, chomping at the bit, had other ideas. After the rats kicked and the goblin dropped the pick up, the gutter runners swarmed towards it. Thor flew into one of them, smashing its limp body into the turf. The apothecary decided too many bones were broken, that the rat had died before it even hit the grass, and was a lost cause. One down.

Next up, the strong gutter runner. Caught next to Thor as its team mates floundered, Thor grabbed its arms and ripped them from their sockets. The crowd cheered, baying for more blood, and it was barely a quarter of the way into the game!

Before the 'Saws opened the scoring, Thor smashed another rat out of the game, and it was looking ominous for Coach Rafadavila.

Still, when there's a fast agile gutter runner like Chip, there's hope. He ran through the defense to even the score with a typical OTS.

At the end of the 1st turn of the 2nd half, it looked good for Malditos Roedores. One orc injured, another knocked out, the super star gutter runner on the ball, and a wizard by the sideline. That was a false dawn; Thor immediately knocked out the other gutter runner, and the skaven players seemed to lose hope. They succumbed one by one to knockouts until eventually Chip was left to fend for himself. A valiant effort to run past the orc defense was met with Thor's big fist, and the wizard was not enough to help Coach Rafadavila out of this desperate situation.
