“One of the craziest starts to a game that I can remember. Both of us hit repeated double skulls over 3 turns each. 7 double skulls in 13 blocks.
Once the dice settled down, it was the norse doing the damage as multiple knockouts and a gang foul casualty got their game rolling.
Project Isle switched the play and we scored, albeit with plenty of time to spare in the 1st.
Then the norse team really started to open up and Coach Uncleanone got so caught up bashing the orcs that there wasn't enough options for him to equalize. KO rolls were kind and it was back to 9 orcs for the 2nd half.
With another orc soon hurt, I felt the match was slipping away. I hadn't passed armour all game - yes, against av7, with plenty of mighty blow. Then, on a dime, Quattro rips Coach Uncleanone's best player to pieces and the apothecary just shrugs his shoulders. Ouch! We steal the ball quickly, and the goblin makes maximum use of stunty to fetch it and run clear.
In the melee, Deuces was killed, but our apothecary came to the rescue!”
