In an epic rematch of the preseason scrimmage, Da Fall Boyz took to the pitch to throwdown with coach xnoelx and his team, Rotters to the Core. The previous meet up between these two teams ended in a 1-1 stalemate; now, with several games in between, suffering the bumps and bruises of league play, would the orcs be able to put these festering menaces away, and secure a victory, or would these rotters stay together long enough to bash the orcs out of existence?

A lousy kick, followed by the Rotters knocking out two orcs is how this match up started. An attempt by the Rotters to cage the ball up the sideline was nearly successful. Nearly. Unfortunately for them, that beast of a blitzer Rigzzy Elf-Crusher interrupted that drive by knocking the ball carrier unconscious. The ball scattered out of bounds, and was thrown back up to midfield. The orcs eventually recovered the loose ball, and the rest of the half attempted to play "keep away" from the unrelenting Rotters, while attempting to find some way down field. The final turn of the half the orcs looked as though they had finally found daylight, with an open blitzer and the ball in the hands of that ace thrower, Gerrf Eye-Poke. But, good ol' Gerrf decided to completely blow the side-by-side pass attempt. Twice. That's half, game still tied at zero.

Start of the second half, down a player, and the ball in our possession, we attempted to make some room to maneuver, and then wait to see what the Rotters would do to combat this. Answer: come charging in and stop us. An attempt was made for "da Cage", but these pesky Rotters would not stay down, surrounding us and blocking off any attempt to advance further. So, with a brilliant backwards pass(almost redemption for that blown pass, Gerrf) to newly acquired goblin Sp'lunquk, followed by his effortless dodging through two opponents, the orcs were only a few steps from the goal line. Of course, those Rotters caught up, but with a blitz and a dodge, the game was now 1-0, Da Fall Boyz.

From there the Rotters made some serious progress down field, knocking some orcs around, but in the end, the one thing they really needed was a player with a passing skill, as two blown passes prevented them from tying up the game. An awesome rematch, and a great display by coach xnoelx, who always puts up a good fight. So, Da Fall Boyz manage their first victory, with the hopes that it would not be their last.
