For the record, the pact idea has a place. Field all the big guys, and make a "pact" of it. And don't abuse the stupid P access loophole, and you got yourself a real Pact team instead of the BS that turned up today.

Marauders having P access is moronic, it's just a cheap leader RR for the all marauder "BB's most obvious powergaming" build. Marauder numbers need to be capped at 8 so you can't do an all marauder build. There's no "pact" if it's 11 cheap SGPM skill access punks. There's no fluff for this kind of way too common pact build.

The only reason for anyone to cook that up is to powergame. It's the best powergame in town. It's not new and it's not original. So don't hide behind a BS-screen of "the rules allow it so it's OK". If you're gonna bring a powergame, then please also bring the stones to admit that you're here for CR and a W at any cost and that's just how you like to do it.

It's cool, it's a game, wanting to win is natural. Just in this game plenty are here for actual fun. And sure I know that's my problem.

So to try and enjoy it I make it a foul day. If the ref has a problem, I get sent off and live to fight another day. If he doesn't, I win and slaughter the powergame team. Sometimes that works out nicely. Either way, my team's OK and the powergame factor is marginalised (except that fouling every turn mostly leads to a loss so powergaming still wins...if by means I chose for myself).”
