“With 2 cpombers facing off, this promised to be a brutal game! It was a lie. Both claws proved blunt as stuns were the order of the day until both cpombers were removed from the field - a knockout ending the wolf's game time as per usual and the blocker hurt by a foul.

The 1st half was decided by a pivotal series on 1D blocks, allowing the diving tackle wolf to mark the super strong hobgoblin which had the ball. It failed to knock the wolf down and was unable to dodge away.

In the 2nd half, the key moment was probably quite early as a failed surf attempt (interrupted by a dropped pick up) gave the skilled bull a chance to get away from the sideline. Coach Zeke missed fend on the wolf and, although the bull knocked down the wolf, the bull was still next to the side and pushed off the field the next turn. This swung the balance of power in my favour with the aforementioned foul on the cpomber sealing the deal.

There was still time for a late equaliser but Zeke ran into really bad dice and Nuffle stamped on his chances.”
