Honestly,in my opinion Dump Off skill is not so usefull in other teams (also for skaven teams) but it's a must in a pro elves teams that have catcher with nerve of steel!
If you've not nerve of steel,throw a fumble during a takcle is more or less
automatic if the opponent has enought players to mark enemy players.
