#1 Carirau – Smashed Hand (MNG)
#10 Wetungo – Gouged Eye (MNG)
A good game with lots of swing moments.

The frogs started out strong, an early witch elf casualty - apothecary saved her career but not her match participation - and knockouts of key blitzers forced the touchdown; 1-0.

The defense was looking good. A foul knocked out Overpriced (pomb/tackle slann blitzer) but then a skull RR skull left an obvious gap. The freak frog kicker made a break for it, but there was a chance for a chain surf. A skull rr both down set up the equalizer; 1-1.

Overpriced fails to come back for the 2nd half and the dark elves are galvanized. They start the 2nd like the frogs did in the 1st, and soon with the freak kicker seriously injured and the other pomber slann blitzer maimed by a foul, the offense falls to pieces. A snaked go for it is moot but makes the steal easy - albeit the coach misses diving tackle and benefits from ag5 magic.

Then greedy passing hits snakes and causes a mess which splits the counter attack. The frogs pressure a T7 score; 2-1.

No rerolls; game won surely? No, everything falls into place - including a diving catch - for a magical OTS and 2-2.

The dark elves get no such luck, despite a reroll in the bag. The draw is given away. Maybe next time I'll not get so greedy with the game having swung my way.

#3 Agile – Broken Jaw (MNG)
Diving catch saved my tie!
Well, incredible oneturning dice on turn 15 saved my tie, but without DC it wouldn't have been enough.
