“The Sunday afternoon game brought together saw the Cakes take on chaos team mekmania. They were boasting a clawpombing Chaos Warrior, wilhelm and a block and pro Minotaur.

In the pre game team talk, both players cards' were marked. In order to win this game, they would have to be taken out, by fist or by boot.

The Cakes lost the coin toss and mekitsh chose to receive.

You could tell the Cakes were keen though, as they rolled a perfect defence on the kick off table, and were able to readjust their line of scrimmage accordingly. When extra arms, sure hands beastman fairteidiger failed to secure the ball, Strawberry and Gateux were able to grab the ball from the toes of the luckless beastman. Another set of snakes, this time on a GFI by von de bank IV, and the Cakes were able to consolidate their position deep in the chaos half.

The two teams traded casualties for a couple of turns, with beastman jonny being seriously concussed by Swiss Roll II, who in turn was badly hurt by the clawpombing wilhelm (no PO required). He, however and the very next turn, was badly hurt by Black Forest Gateux! (one of the two that must be taken out had gone).

A couple of turns of stalling ensued before the Gavryl Ariskgo scored.

mekmania, received with four turns left and drove down the field. A gang foul seriously injured the Minotaur (two out of two out), before a failed leap by Banoffee meant that the move-boosted fairteidiger was able to run in for a game tying score. But not until Owais Fynndius was seriously injured.

On the final turn of the half, the Cakes were able to go ahead again with a one turn touchdown.

The Cakes received in the second half. They danced left and right trying to find an opening in the mekmania's defence, before scoring in their seventh turn, suffering two KOs on the way. Neither of whom came back despite two babes trying their hardest.

With two turns to score, mekmania executed a particularly elvish score, including two 3+ dodges before another dodge, and two GFIs.
