After an early Skaven drop Jesiah had a 2db chance to take down the skaven thrower. It didn't come off and after a slipup (and injury) our chance to stop the rat drive slipped away. They only actually made it in their final rushed step of the half but what a half it was. Humans were carted off the pitch rapidly. However it was nothing compared to the 2nd half. Our side was ripped apart. Jesiah did one great moment when after taking the ball up the pitch and being knocked down he got up, seriously injured the mutant gobbo next to him and dashed off to the endzone where he caught the handoff from Ulrik who had scooped up the ball. After the score we setup and SUFFERED 3 RIPS in 1 turn! Ulrik was apo'd but both Mucker, our ogre, and a blitzer went to their grave. Truly amazing hitting (by players without claw or PO) and that wasn't the last of it. But Jesiah at least managed to stay intact on the pitch till the final turn and also killed a journeygobbo! The one quality Averheim performance amongst what was otherwise an extremely one sided, awful massacre. Though even he did a pass attempt near the end which merely resulted in an interception.”
