“<b>LITTLE RUNTZ - EARLY SEASON NEWS REPORT</b>

After a torrid start to the Ranked League campaign, losing 3 out of the 4 games played, the Runtz have started to finally assert their dominating defence play. 2 consecutive games without conceding a single touchdown, and finally things are going the right way.

This particular game was a struggle for the undead, as they never seemed to catch a break. In the first half, after receiving the kick-off, the Runtz miniature fans gave the ref a beating, and he failed to penalize a single foul that the dwarves made. At half time, both Terug Nar wolves were fouled off the pitch, and the dwarves had rumbled slowly down the pitch for an inevitable touchdown.

The dominance was so bad, that for the last 2 minutes (turns) before the touchdown, not a single undead dared stand up. Perhaps their Necromantic master knew their suffering would only continue.

In the second half, the dwarves kicked off to the undead, and the undead succeeded in moving the ball forward, until they simply hit a wall of unmovable little guys. After a short struggle, during which the wall of dwarves were never pierced, the ball popped loose and the dwarves rumbled on for another TD. But this time, trying to get the ball to one of the Longbeards to try and give him a little glory, a hand-off failed and the ball bounced out of bounds to end the game.”
