The Quixotic League finished the season strong with a win against a mirror team. Yul Brynner made an early sacrifice for the team but the Heroes of Paragon City won the CAS battle and the KO battle. Scoring was fast and furious for both sides the 1st half, but lopsided the 2nd half. I nearly gave the win away when I made an early turnover at the start of the 2nd half - a 6 die block that ended up being 3 block/skull followed by 3 skulls! But a failed GFI and a KO by Rodent Ruckas saved us from our own folly. Mz Kitty did a great job assisting and harassing all game, so we decided to reward her by giving her the 5th TD. Oh, what's that you say, the League didn't score 5 TDs? Well, that's because when Strings handed her the ball she was all like, 'Oh look! A squirrel!' <boink boink>. Rodent Ruckas came over and demonstrated how you pass and catch in a TZ.

Thanks for the fun game, and I think we're both glad this season is over so we can plan how we're going to kick markhorse's butt next season.”
