Mossbeard's chaos dwarves were very tough customers. When a rookie hobgoblin made a mockery of tacklezones to equalize, and the wizard was still in tow, it looked like it was their day. When Aztec got a bit carelessly close to the side and was sent to sign autographs by a bull, well, it looked bleak.
Angered by the treatment of their iconic legend, the team responded. Both bulls were surfed in return as, especially, Ghost held firm despite hits coming at him from every angle. It was enough to stretch the offense to the point the wizard was deployed and the touchdown still prevented.
The toss went my way. The 'Saws pushed upfield as the Killaz were unable to live up to their name, their tired hits became mainly pushes. Aztec got behind the lines but a bull got there too, yet twice Aztec was able to withstand the blitz to score the winner.
The 'Saws progress, but that was a big scare. 1 casualty in 89 blocks won't please the fans either. Fortunately the Killaz made none. A chaos dwarf blocker was hurt on a foul and Aztec hurt on a surf, but it was a bloodless day overall.
PS. Mossbeard claimed in game that I'd won the toss vs him twice before (making this the 3rd time). Actually we've only played twice now, and the previous time he won the toss.
PPS. OK, didn't realise you were counting first kick off tosses. However, I must correct you, Necro XFL went to overtime and you won the toss (I just checked the replay to confirm) which makes it 3 to 1 in my favour. I would argue though it is the overtime tosses that are the most important in a tournament and we are 1 each there.”

Orcs won the toss and rolled over my CDs scoring on turn 7, which gave us enough time to score the miracle td with a hobgoblin pass and multiple dodges and gfi's.
Second half we were feeling good, receiving and still had the wizard. We got a little close to the sidelines but ended up managing to push the Legend orc blitzer off the pitch. Then we wasted out chance by allowing both bulls and the ball to be pushed out of bounds. I then used wizard on turn 7 to try and maximize our chance to score but the orcs easily stopped the score.
Overtime was pure fail, orcs won the toss again and we got a blitz but rolled pushed and then my bull failed his break tackle. Had several hits at the ball but rolled no pows.
We had 63 blocks without a single casualty, including 12 claw/mb blocks. That makes five games in a row without a casualty for my claw/mb guy. I am now giving up on this skill combo.
PS. In XFL Necro you won the toss, start of this game you won the toss and in overtime you won the toss.
