“Could not have asked for a better recovery game--well, except for one that I won of course :) Almost every armor break was a KO!

Could not stop his 8-turn score in the 1st half..and just set up to possibly pass the ball with my rookie GR..and a riot happened!! I couldn't get a hole open, so I just tried to pass for 2 turns with rookie..failed catch..then failed pick up..sigh. Oh, had 4 in the KO box and 2 had recovered..but the extra turn from the RIOT saw 2 more rats KO'd, and then 2 recovered..so that was a was of a riot for me at the least :)

2nd half, things were not looking good when a blizzard started up. I got the ball deep, and moved for position, but at least one more was KO'd while the humans advanced. Then I saw a possibility. I ran my rookie GR deep. then with Warp Zzpeed (who had the ball), I ran a little past mid-field (yea, 2, 3+ gfi's) and did a short pass/punt down field. The closest human was 7 squares away with 6 movement after the ball bounced..yea! He did get to the ball and pick it up, but was not in a cage or anything, so Warp Zzpeed dodged past the screeners and took down the human lineman. Then New Bz walked over and picked up the ball, waltzing in for the TD.

With only 4 turns to score the winning TD, I was able to get an opening for a hit on the BC, which Warp Zzpeed did, BH'ing the thrower in the process. Unfortunately, after I picked up the ball and tried to get out of the middle of the humans, Zzpeed tripped and KO'd himself. I seriously thought about using the apoth, but then realized with only one turn left, he wouldn't have been able to do anything as he would have been stunned instead. Needless to say, I was not able to stop the Humans from scoring on turn 8 (failed the 3+ dodge to try to even get a 1db on the BC)

The Brain gets mighty blow. and my 3 guys return! yay!
