“The Plebeians stagger off at the end of this match to lick our wounds. We were well beaten with things starting badly and getting worse. It was a Human v Human contest but the Predators are no friends of Averheim folks.

Jesiah did a somewhat reckless pass to Wilhelmus which fell well wide but was still behind our lines. We didn't cause hurt on receiving and Paulus was promptly ko'd in response. Jesiah did get the ball out to Wilhelmus on the 2nd attempt and he darted away. But before he could cross the line Heinrik was also ko'd. A bad start and it actually turned out to destroy our efforts as neither key player came back. They were our two team guards and we had failed to protect them in return.
The Predators then received and the match became a one sided smashfest. We had 4 out badly hurt and 3 ko'd by turn 6 with Tiger shark already having 3 casualties. The only ray of hope Gotwinus "The Barrel" and his two elf like dodging blitz attempts at the Predators thrower in their cage. However both times his power failed him and he couldn't bring the ball carrier down. It was 1-1 at half time and we couldn't prevent a 2nd with our 5 players (soon 4). We then received a long kick with our guards still out and Wilhelmus tried his best to get past the opposition but there just wasn't enough protection and eventually he needed apo help after a bad trip. A 3-1 defeat in the end. Impressive Predator performance but our players need to get their training in on hitting hard.”
