“This was tough on paper and proved to be tough in practise. The hard hitting lizards dominated the blocks, 71 to 30, although it was a skink foul that broke Beggar early on.

The PSA offense was porous and too much faith was put in Landlady's strength. Fortunately the team managed to keep Fire Tongues from scoring on defense whilst saving the wizard for the 2nd half.

The opposing coach knew what was coming; as soon as super skink Nose had the ball in hand, the lightening bolt crashed down and it was sizzled out of the game. Soon just 1 skink was left on the pitch and it was not enough to keep the ball away from Landlady who broke free. A saurus had other ideas and managed to bring the freak wight down unaided, but the Palm took over to score the winner.”
