“Yet another of the great team of fumbbl played by my team. Somehow it is just more fun, when you play against a team you have speced several times.
Anyway .... a game where all the luck was with the skaven. They dodged like elfs, more or less ignoring tackle zones at will while the necros failed almost every GFI they could.
In the end the game was won by yet another failed gfi my uber str 5, ag 4 wight.

As it was, the Necromantic bootlaces must have rotted as they kept coming undone, causing the players to fall over. Added to the damn slippy linerats covering the onrushing gutter runners, it scuppered the defense in the 1st half with 2 snaked go for its in the opening 4 turns, whilst successfully rerolled go for its emptied the reroll basket. As Landlady closed in on the equaliser, a dauntless gutter runner singlehandedly sacked and knocked out the freak wight! Landlord knocked down the pesky rat but the ball scattered the wrong way before a double skulled block pre-empted the attempted pass to the wight.
Sleeves were rolled up 2nd half and the pissed off Pig Sty Alley set about thumping Skaven skulls and making it 1-1 with time for a winner. With the knock out box overflowing, Nielsh was ruing failing to induce a babe. A huge sigh of relief was released as plenty returned for the final drive.
Landlady had the bit between her teeth. She smashed into the emerging star thrower, killing the rat to make it 2 kills for the game. The team swarmed on the center and wrapped up the remaining skaven players. When Nielsh's final reroll was used early in T6, the tension was palpable. Frustartingly for the Alley fans, the rest of the play went without a hitch as linerats compounded the successful ball play to dance away from the maul and wrap up Landlady. The dodges ate the reroll, and she failed her go for it to blitz the gutter runner; 2-1 and game over.
A very fun one, here's to hoping to a rematch in the future! Next time we won't let rotten zombies prepare the team kit! Zombiezzzzzzzz!!!!!
