“95% Hobgoblins won the coin toss and chose to receive. Paleorc the highly agile Hobgoblin picked up the ball and ran it behind his front lines. Fight Gone Bad attacked the offensive line putting a lot of pressure on the green skins. Three were knocked out early in the first putting the Hobgoblins in a tough position. In desperation, Paleorc went for a pass in traffic. Grant the Great leapt into the air and grabbed his first interception ever to the shock and awe of the fans. The Great One would fall into a berserker fury and forgot he had the ball. He would wade back into the fray and was taken down causing a fumble. Fortunately, the Norsemen were able to recover it and Surrel picked up the ball. He would find Destro with a pass as the Lineman sped into the end zone to put his team up by one at the break.

FGB received in the second half and Surrel ran the ball up the field. The Hobgoblins were demoralized by the devastation that the Norsemen had left their team. They resorted to fouling but the referee was already on the look out for it. The #2 Norse fouler in the Ranked Division showed them how to do it when he dropped the "Norseman's Elbow" on the prone body of Graham Darkbone. Graham was instantly killed and the Apothecary wasn't able to help. Meanwhile, Surrel tried to hand the ball off to Konan but the big Ulf wasn't able to control the ball ending their chance of scoring another touchdown before the final buzzard rang.
