Not seeing a lot of elfsies in the box, the plaguemates were caught of guard when the Ranked outfit declared they intended to stall the whole 1st half. Still, 6 elfsies were carried off. Teenie made a valiant attempt at breaking the cage, but in the end 1-0 was a fact, and the Mansion one-turner maneuver did not work.

In the 2nd half the Mansion loaded up on weapons and brought Sue and Hack Enslash into the fray. However, they had abysmal impact. Sue went off on her second foul. Hack however, is a different saga. When he once and for all puts his boots and joints on the shelf for good, he might look back at this as one of the low points of his centuries long career. Despite staying on for the entire half, and managing 5 saw hacks, he could only break armor twice - and one of this was his own armor. Eventually he had to step in doing cage cornering duty. Still the Mansion cage warded off the Elven attacks, and turtled itself just within range to equalize.

Overtime with the 6 elves receiving. They sent forward one elf after the other to within scoring range, but the plaguemates defended well, and eventually the ball fell to rookie pup Mitzie, who managed to pick up the pigskin and walk in the winner.
