“On their quest to play every race once, the Irongut Clan had been searching a long time for a Goblin team brave (some may say stupid) enough to face them on the Bloodbowl pitch. CTGFM took on the challenge. The game started exciting with a Blitz for the Goblins! Mirvy threw one of the best bombs of his career, knocking down three dwarves and injuring #1 player King Iggy seriously. The apo was called and used even before the match started! While the Dwarves were busy taking out greenskins, Steve and two companions managed to sneak into the Irongut backfield, tackling their ball carrier and running away to score. It was up 1-0! But the Dwarves had little problem to score back in first half. With only a handful of players left and stripped of all secret weapons, Steve decided to score fast in second half, hoping to at least secure a tie. The Irongut Clan, however, was out for a win, and scored nearly as quickly back. With two turns left to score, and both trolls badly hurt, it came down to Steve and his three remaining goblin team mates. And they pulled it off! Two turns were not enough for the Dwarves to answer that, despite a beautiful pass to Prince Dremmal.”
