My first SMACK win \o/

This was a funny game. Dwarves didn't cause a single CAS but got a ton of KOs. They also got a Blitz! on the opening kickoff but couldn't capitalize, and the elves were able to get the ball downfield and stall for 2 turns. Dwarf counter drive looked like it was going to stall but finally got within scoring range with a turn to spare. 2nd half was a long dwarf grind until T6 when 2 elves got free and started threatening the ballcarrier. I had to cage up again and allow the elves to stand up. They thanked me by skulling out their first block and getting another KO. Coach Valen seemed happy until the final KO roll, all 5s but 1 3 (and the babe made that work). Then he got a Quick Snap and was able to put his M10 catcher into scoring position. Fortunately for me, the elves had no rerolls left so when the M9 catcher tried to throw it he fumbled it and the game ended.

Good game and coach Valen kept it close the whole time. Could have gone to overtime, but I'm thankful it didn't. Better lucky than good sometimes.
