“The Dwarves of Karak enjoyed positive luck today, and a win is secured.
1st half the Krokads try to stall the TD as long as possible, but have to eventually score on turn 5, as I was able to keep the pressure up, getting 2 skinks BH in the process (IIRC). This leaves me 4 turns to score, and I mange to pull it off, killing Hoxitl along the way. So, halftime it is 1-1. Of note in the 1st half, a pitch invasion on the opening kickoff stunned the Death Roller, so he was a relative non-factor in this game.
2nd half my dwarves are able to pull off the 8-turn score for once..being up 10-9 helped quite a lot..and by the time I scored on turn 8, there were only 6 Lizardmen left on the pitch. It was close, as my runner did get knocked down on turn 6, but that left me 2 turns to get the ball and score, which I was able to do.
Flashback gets +1 Agility for his 2 TD performance, while Chance (2 Cas) and Richard (MVP) get Guard.
