“Luck was about the same in terms of blocks. Unfortunately, my guys lacked the dodge and block to stay standing after his hits, whereas I could almost never get his guys to the ground! Especially the ball carrier. That plus his unbelievable dodging kept the game in his hands the entire time. I coulda sworn he was an elf team, the way he was dodging around!

The only real highlight of the match came in turn 8 of the second half, where I had a chance to pick up a loose ball (which I did), throw it across the field to an open gr (completed), blitz my rat ogre to the endzone using gfi's (made it) and then handoff the ball for the ogre score, his second in as many games and enough to get him his next skill. It all went as planned, except the dang rat ogre couldn't hold onto the ball in the endzone! Dropped an easy score, guess he'll be banging his head against the locker tonight...”
