“We were up against the undefeated Zons Mudwrestling Newbies here and without our mobile tackle blitzer we looked a little lightweight on lineup. We brought in Helmut and his Saw to slice those blodgesr, though as BGHandras mentioned a tackle journeyman may have been a handy alternative as we were outnumbered.
We blitzed at kickoff but just knocked down a wrestler. Helmut stunned a Zon before being blitzed by their strongest lady. There was a big crash and Helmut was somehow cut up and left dead! Helu was ko'd. That did at least help make space. Larrus got alongside their carrier and Jesiah dodged out to blitz her down. So close to stealing the ball but failed a gfi. Here BGHandras did a timeout but after I pointed out all the chat he skipped his next turn and so I did my blitz after that. Hey then picked up the ball and tried a long pass forward but Larrus intercepted! He went on to score.
With a big hit by the returning Helu a lino was injured and then a 2nd Human was ko'd. We tried our best but the Zons got their equalizer.
2nd half we set up with 9 and when another lino was ko'd we were struggling. They marked up out players and eventually Larrus went up the flank and then fell over when trying to backtrap from a Zon trap. They went on to score the winner comfortably. We are defeated!”
