i was astonished the skaven would take my match offer but so they did, i thought bout using the dirty player on the hastefull gutters but as i dont normmally play elfs or skaven i dident have much tackle my tackle guy died game before, my dirty player got sent of within 2 turns and i killed his sv with my BoB so i gave him the benifit of the dout and did not foul for the rest of the game with my other dp i tried to strategicly box the ball carrier up the feild was all going ok to his lucky Gutter got 2dieblock dice i chose, pow/pow and it almost opend up for him to score so i decied to keep bashing and continue with my shape more bad luck for me or should i say goodluck for him in second half hardly failing any dodges and then getting another pow/pow block on my ball carrier with opened it up for him to score, witch this time he did, then for somereason he dident set the full 6 players on the feild, witch i took advantage of and scored to get a well earned draw, was fun playing AFK_eagle and would do it anytime

Well, that'll teach me to pay more attention to the skillsets of a team, not just the stats of a team. I saw only a handful of str 4 guys, thought I'd be ok. What I overlooked were how many mighty-blows there were. Mistake! Mistake!! MISTAKE!!!

Ironically, the two fouls by his dirty player ended up with only a couple ko's before his dp guy got caught and banned for the rest of the game really early. It was his mighty blowers who totally decimated my boys. I had to keep holding my apo in reserve as he chipped away at my lesser players, hoping to save a star should one fall. Sure enough, in turn 7 my rat ogre died, but the apo (for once) worked to save him.

It was otherwise a really interesting game of strategy and good luck on my part to pull out a draw. He took the opening kickoff, and slowly marched down the field destroying my team and maintaining a solid square around his ball carrier, nothing I could do to stop him. Until, that is, he decided to stall and keep beating on my guys, giving a lowly gr a shot at blitzing him, 2d against. Double-pow, down he goes. Steal the ball with another gr, throw it up to a third, no chance he can stop me. However, missing a gfi to the endzone will stop a guy in turn 8...

Second half I was supposed to get the ball, but he got a blitz and trapped my undermanned team in a ring of orcflesh. Careful application of dodging allowed me to retake the ball, but not get away from him. Ball went back and forth a few times, but my faster gr's kept taking the ball slowly closer and closer to the orc endzone. Finally, a little lucky on a second double-pow 2d-against block by a gr, followed by a leaping gr to advance the ball to my third gr, who ducked and dodged his way to paydirt. I was so ecstatic about the score I neglected to notice he had two more turns, so didn't field the full 6 players I could. If I had, I could've stopped him from scoring. As it was, he managed to race his way ahead for the tying score in the final seconds.

Down one dead from last game, another dead this game, two niggles leading to retirements, and I dropped 38 TR as a result of this game, even more in team strength. It'll be a long time in recovering I think...
