“A really terrific game against a very good and taxing opponent - and certainly worthy of a tourney final.

Brainsaw's orcs were very well coached throughout and stopped my first half drive in its tracks. A perfect D didn't help me, nor an early fluffed pick-up, but still, I didn't get very far.

Thankfully, my zons, with the help of a blitz, managed to keep the orcs sufficiently engaged that they didn't start forward pressure early enough and looked likely to fall short too.

However drama with a quad down from myself and the orcs had just about enough time to get a single orc, holding the ball, into range - and cover all realistic blitzes from me. It needed a 4+,3+ dodge one dice to get him back out of range. Managed it and to OT we went.

Zons again - and it turned out 6th half of zons/orcs that Brainsaw and I had played without a single TD being scored in the first 5 halves. The zons KOd an orc early and this time, with a couple more key stuns, managed to switch the flanks and force Jan into his own 4+ blitz to stop me. His failed - and the Sirens manage to win their first trophy.
