“Our snot talisman Lucan was absent today and so a match with a High Elf team was setup, as we aimed to bash some pointy ears in. It turned out to be a game of high flying snots and dodgy Elves with not much real hitting substance.

First half an Ogre tried to throw Hulk Hogan's mate forward but fumbled. We cleared a few inconvenient Elves out of the way and had another shot at it. This time it worked and off HHM went to score after landing cleanly. The Elves came straight back and got near our left endzone corner while some snots nibbled at their legs. After early on struggling to bring down snots the High Elves started to take a few off the field. They did a straightforward stall though they scored with a bit of time left on the clock. Another beautiful TTM TD for Hulk Hogan's Mate left the Wrestlers in an unusually good position at half-time.

Second half Randy Lee scored again for the Elves to equalize. Now it was our big chance to take the 3rd score. But an early fail allowed a chance for their super agile blitzer Emma to slip through and take HHM down and out. The Ogres tried to battle back for the ball but it wasn't good enough as we went down 3-2. There was still time for us to come back after the rabid fans rioted. But with one snot blitzed down on the los it didn't look good. Finally Giant Haystacks came up with a casualty! A line elf injured and the apo mistakenly finishes him off. The crucial TTM attempt then went in to action with cripple Bicep hurled forward. He howled with joy as he flew but his puny legs buckled on landing and down he went. Game over and another narrow loss for the Wrestlers. ”
