“Well,
I was trying to get a game in... in the hope to apply for the 130 TV Minors. Since my halflings are kinda buffed right now.
I had to get 1 treeman back... that got a MNG. So I was afraid (since I only have a limited time to play in a day) that I wouldnt get anny games to recover. However, after a few minutes, these High Elves picked me up on the offer.
I was hoping for the both of us that the casualties would not be to severe... Sadly for my Opponent, the Halflings didnt keep themselves on the deal.
Dealing 4x Seriously Injured, with 3 handicaps was pretty rough. Luckely the apothecary did his job on 1 of them.
My opponent had no luck at all... and for some reason (specially in the first half) ... I think I had over 80 percent of straight out "succes"-rolls on almost everything I did. Including an interception with a rookie halfling. O_o
I'm glad my opponent was such a sport about it... cause I know that after something as this, I would kinda have some serious issues with myself... since it was trully out of everyones hands.
The recovery game became a straight out bashing... which I honestly never tough it would be.
I had to cut a bit more then I actually wanted after the game to join the minors. Because my FF finally went up again. That 10K made me loose a SS, Let's hope the minors aren't going to be rough on them. I'll just keep feeding them Special K.
I want to thank Tyfe for the game. And for showing such good sportmanship. I know my mood kicks up when I meet something like that. I know the other guy can't do annything about it... but it can just get you sometimes. I guess Tyfe is pretty much better then me when it comes to that. Which Is more then admirable.
I hope I can grant him a real game next time...

Nuffle may be fickle, but he most certainly likes irony. Immediately after Mr kwèk said he hoped his Halflings wouldn't get too beat up - they promptly started to beat my team up, with the first serious injury coming right up, and a second serving promised on the way.
Still, as I mentioned in-game, who doesn't like Halflings? It's hard to not like them even when you're getting beaten by them. And beaten by Halflings it was - literally, since his only treeman turned out to be no treeman at all, but a tree that had slipped through the reqruitment somehow. Because he spent pretty much the entire match rooted to the spot. So with every single (mobile) player on the field having less strength than my players - I was still being outbashed... ...completely...
As for being a good sport, well, when you're having a most friendly coach as your opponent, with friendly and humorous chat, as well as good advice on the game, it is a hell of a lot easier to be a good sport and just laugh at the spectacle in front of you. I'm definitely not always in a good mood while losing. But anyway, finally Nuffle granted me with a consolation-TD in the end - or perhaps just our of fickleness. (Don't tell him I said that.)
I'm glad if I helped out to get your team into gear for the minors. I would be more than glad for a rematch when it's suitable, and I can wholeheartedly recommend Mr Kwek as a friendly, yet competitive, coach for a game. Oh, and I should mention, the dice may have favored Mr kwèk, but it was also obvious during the match that he was the better coach. He probably would have won the match without the benign gaze of Nuffle.
