“NWFL Season 13 game 2

Hadn't played a stunty team in the NWFL yet, so was caught off guard the 1st time my tackle didn't work on a block. Not a big deal, and wouldn't have changed anything in my play at the least. The Raiders get their 1st win of the season in a game, the fans did not like much (both teams rolled a 1 for winnings)

1st half Zhar Naggarund received the ball and Campbell was able to stroll in for a 4 turn score. He did get hit once (but dodge worked!) and had to blitz/dodge to make it in, so it wasn't a walk in the park or anything. However, the Raiders were not able to stop the Ninjaz from scoring before halftime either. So, 1-1 at half.

2nd half Naptown looked to be open to score easily, but Campbell comes through, getting to the ball carrier and knocking him down. The ball went out of bounds in a Raiders section, and they threw it to the other side of the pitch, where several blockers were able to secure the area. Campbell rushes over and gets the ball, then breaks away for the TD on turn 8. This one was a stroll in the park, as after he got past midfield, none of the Naptown players were anywhere near him.

Of note, both big Guys (Bruise Lee and Curly) missed quite a few turns this game. Also, many players were KO'd, but little blood was spilled.

No new skills for Zhar Naggarund.
