Added to that the fouls rained in aided by lax refereeing - even when sneaky git Master Williams was sent off he still managed to steal back in and take out the last of the Gladerunners' great players, Limien - a position on the coaching staff surely beckons. The Gladerunners had a couple of small chances, one to blast the ball-carrier, pick up, punt and chase to an empty backfield, then again receiving with 4 players in OT, but it most certainly wasn't their day!

After several great seasons a major rebuild beckons for the Gladerunners! As for Seaview they won well and progress to the Semis in what should be a bonecrunching game against Newchurch! ”
