It didn't start off very well for him, when the Krox on the LoS got knocked over and out by a both down against a gobbo. Who of course wasn't even stunned.
From there on it pretty much was a bit of a dance around him trying to keep his PoMber safe and me keeping my hitters safe for about 4 turns or so until he started to move towards the Endzone. By then the Slann numbers was sufficiently depleted for us to manage to get the ball loose and away to prevent the score.
Second half was pretty much more of the same, but with a few bad rolls, mostly GFI for MattDakka, that pretty much left us in complete control of the field from turn 5 or so.”
