“CHEF ALMOST TURNS TIDE IN MASSIVE UNDERDOG FIGHT

Truly a match for the ages. Underdogs Boundless Fragility, fresh against their win against Oi! Where's me Pint? faced off against old time powerhouse Dhingo Initiative, gathered again for the SWL Birthday Cup. The Halfling Master Chef hired by the Slann team completely spellbound the Necromantic team against all odds, leading to the Necromancer nearly having a fit from sheer rage. It was a brutal back and forth game, with some initial stumbling by the Slann to allow an early touchdown by a Ghoul, though they quickly recovered in time to equalize by the end of the first half in an amazing display of agility.

In the second half, some cotton nose treatment managed to stop the Necromantic team from growing too distracted again. The Slann, however, managed to score a touchdown halfway into the half, though once again, things equalised before the end of the match, pushing the game into overtime.

Overtime was when things grew tricky. The Dhingos lost the coin flip, but managed to gain possession of the ball, the ball even at one point being in the hands of a ghoul standing a mere yard from the endzone before being knocked down. Despite numerous efforts to send the ball to a Catcher in position to score, however, the persistence of the zombie horde was too much, and whittled away at the frogs with naught but sheer numbers.”
