“The Raiders were in poor form so came in to this game against the efficient looking Legion with plans to turn things around.
Early on we received but the Undead hit hard and were knocking Skaven down comfortably, with a linerat ko'd by a Mummy. The Raiders were downed or spread out so Zloos handed off to Snutz to switch sides. It wasn't a great drive but we got the score in T4. We then did a superb, wide short kick and blitzed forward! Skeetz couldn't catch the ball but he soon picked up and went forward with cover to get the 2nd. There was time for the Legion to come back but a Ghoul fumbled and Hugruck cas'd the advanced Wight. The Igor helped put it back in working order. Botho the mummy cas'd our rookie GR and then seriously concussed our wrestle rat. During most of this the Rogre Headcrusher was roaring ineptly again. Still we could field 10 second half.
They had to score early 2nd half to get back in the game but after receiving a handoff Rosenkrantz the Wight went stumbling along and fell over in the endzone! The ball went off and was thrown back to where Skeetz could retrieve. A hit on him failed and off he went for 3-0!
Pee-Nut's side were unfortunate here and the Raiders go off happy. We were fouled a few times but didn't suffer too much and Snutz even got his first career cas with a block at a Ghoul at the end of the match. Warpstone deserved.
