“Two raiding sides collided but it seemed the Nurgle side were a bit off form today, following on from another skaven defeat. They started with a ball pickup and ko'ing a rat but we swarmed 4 players forward. The carrier panicked and tried a short pass which went way past the waiting rotter. A couple of turns later Skeetz was able to pick up and then go over to the other end. With surprisingly good hitting we ko'd 2 and cas'd 2 before scoring. The Nurgle side had strengthened up later in the half but our rats didn't stay ko'd for long.
2nd half we went for a quick TD with rookie Zloos scoring.
After that an attempted pass to a Nurgle Warrior let us in to make it 3-0.
With another pass dropped near our endzone we had another chance to retrieve late on but a Blitzer tripped up and a Warrior actually pulled off a pick up and dodge to score.
Other than Headcrusher roaring (and being disgusted about hitting opposing players) it was a solid all-round performance for the Rictus Raiders. The opposing Raiders sent off to pasture new. We deserve warpstone!”
