This game was a lame performance by the Impalers - the impressive offense on the first half was totally wasted by Finn Fearless, who was fumbling with the ball and unable to pass it upwards. Heck, he didn't even manage to pick it up.

The Impalers had to go for plan B - hit, and hit hard. It sure did work, as many of the Humans were knocked out. Only one death occurred on the human side, and Snapp actually hurt himself while trying to dodge.

The second half began with the Impalers kicking - their eleven players against the eight humans was kind of an overkill, but still, the only touchdown of the game was scored by the Impalers only a few seconds before the referee blew in his whistle. This time it was Gere Grimvoice, the sturdy blitzer, who managed to grab the ball from the ground, run to the line of scrimmage, and then successfully pass it to Finn Fearless.

Finn, who still is recovering from the embarrassment of being knocked out by a HALFLING in the games against the Gourmet Giants, redeemed himself by catching the ball and running to the end zone of the enemy.

The scoring lineman, Finn Fearless, commented the game:
"Well, you know, I guess I was a bit nervous in the first half. The coach had figured that I should handle the ball, and y'know, I'm not really all that used to the thing... My hands were sweating, and there were sixty-three thousand spectators screaming... so I guess the ball just slipped from my hands. It sure sucked, bigtime, and the coach really let me hear it after the first half. I was so sure she was gonna fire me. But then in the end of the second half, I saw my opportunity, and I moved, and BAM there was the ball, right in my hands, so I did the thing I've been taught to do, I ran towards the end zone and suddenly the coach was just hugging and kissing me and all that. Man, it was sweet."
