“A bit of a lucky escape for the Daredevils, this one. We had the good fortune to receive, and spent the first half breaking face before running the ball safely into the Dragons' endzone in T8. We managed to argue the call for a wagon at the end of the drive, but in a massive oversight, I brought one of the wagons back on in the last turn of the first half...we had a bench of one snotling which would have let us keep it off the pitch bring it on in the second half, which would have been a truly decisive event. Ah well, live and learn.
Fortunately though, the Slumbering Dragons lost their rag at the snotlings in the second half, and focused on trying to smash them back rather than securing the ball - and smash they did. We were lucky yet again that no-one was worse than badly hurt. On to the next match!”
“Using a controversial set up the Slumbering Dragons went into the first few turns like a bunch of amateurs.
Head coach frogboy didnt have much to say but fortunately for him there was no other coaches avalible to take the helm of this useless team so he stays in command, for now... ”
