Week 3

After a poor start Week 1, and an unintentional bye for Week 2, the BallHawks were beginning to feel that this season was heading down the drain. With all thoughts on pulling this one out of the gutter we hit the pitch hard the first half, breaking armour, surfing suckas, and capitalizing on a defensive touchdown. The second half was a different story. We position poorly, lost several players from the pitch, coughed the ball up, and then bumbled the 2+ pickup. Not a good look at all. But we fought back and put the pressure on (due more to MrNoman running out of Rerolls that anything else), and finished off the match blitzing down the Catcher holding the ball, leaving the humans with only risky dodge out and pass plays, which came up short.

Good game. Had armour held out the first half, this game might have ended drastically different.”
