Well, that was a well deserved loss for the Wonders of Western Sydney. I remember seeing the luck at 29% and Wondering how we were going to win. I then found myself Wondering why I was rerolling block dice (something I never do.) I'm sure Zeroalpha was wondering how our fans snuck all of those rocks into the game. We were wondering who swapped our rocks for squishy play-do imitations. Even our pitch invasion was only laughed at by HFC as they took 5 turns clearing our silly fans off the pitch. GET TOUGH YOU NANCIES!! In a wonder of all Wonders, it was Sting to inflict our only casualty in his usual method ... and earning him the bloody MVP. Well we were wondering when our winning streak would end. Now we wonder if our luck will ever turn around (even above 50 would be nice.) Perhaps this was Penance served for our foolish naming of a #13 catcher Lucky? One can only Wonder.

Rocks he calls them!!! Rocks!!!!! Not even a single KO!! I'm surprised they didn't just get up right away and chuck em right back!

#14 L. Hodge – Broken Ribs (MNG)
#14 L. Hodge – Smashed Knee (NI)
A very interesting and rewarding match. Things got off to a strange start with a riot, i would blame the sydney fans as there were more of them :) However, the timing of the 5 turn riot played well into the hands of the HFC as they were able to scrape across the line at the last moment preventing a return score from the Wonders. 1-0 HFC at the half
The second half saw the luck pick up further for HFC and they were able to reply to the wonders opening score quickly leaving the pressure on the sydney team at 2-1 with 5 turns remaining.
Desperate defence from HFC and some unlucky rolls from the Wonders lead to both a mad scramble for the ball deep in Wonder territory and massive use of both teams re rolls! Only a lucky pick up and completion from Crode was able to seal the game with 2 turns remaining as HFC crossed for a 3-1 lead. With only a couple of turns remaining the Wonders scored again but the game was up, 3-2 HFC

Sharkboy played an great game and one can only imagine it would have been a different story had the Luck percentage been a little closer.

HFC management have already asked for more stringent security from league boss Twahn due to the 4 rocks that hit players during the game.
