“a good clean game at first (first half was 2-2 with no casualties, except 1 dirty player fouled out on the german team), I didn't think i had much chance of winning it.... even when my fans got the ref at the start of the secodn half. (Getbackers fans are notoriously violent!)
the fouls didn't do much at first though, though the fear may have contributed to the doble 1s startign to come in. first midou ban tripped on 2+ dodge with reroll, then his thrower fumbled a pass... leading, eventually to a scrappy score by amano.. he picked up the ball near the half way line by accident and walked the ball home. Then, trying to conserve the lead, I fouled his catchers, first Jareth, who was SI-ed, then the other, who was ko-ed. I guess it was kind of their fault, wandering behind enemy lines alone when the ref was down, but still.. I felt guilty.

the miracle happened on the last turn though. With his thrower surrounded by 1 three man cage, haruki walked in, went for it twice to throw a one die block that, rerolled, killed the poor thrower (apoth saved!), then makubex walked right between two of the cage players, picked the ball out from between them, walked straight out, and threw the ball to natsumi for a miracle touchdown!”
