“Finally a decent match for Protocol!
After a rough start of 5 players running late and both niggling missing the match (the Virus handicap without the Virus :p ), leading to an easy TD for the high elves, Protocol rallied and scored themselves without too many problems.

The next drive was a push-one turn TD by the high elves, which the Dark Elves were powerless to stop. The one turn did give them 2 turns to score an equalizer, which they just managed with the help of their last Reroll.

Next half after another Protocol TD, a LOS quick pass by the high elves was broken up by our Pass-Blocking lineman, and due to the untimely turnover FireWire was able to score a fourth, leaving the opposition with the difficult task of scoring two TD's with 4 turns remaining.

After failing a handoff, but breaking out of the resultant Dark Elf cage, the high elves scored a thrid TD, but it was to be their last, as Protocol caged up to run out the clock after taking down the only High Elf in scoring range turn 8.

A good challenging game against a worthy opponent. The fans seem to have taken my side, with two thrown rocks for KO and a Pitch Invasion for a single stun. Protocol is looking forward to a rematch with these unusually agile High Elves!”
